The Carolina Theatre Preservation Association, Inc., is a 501-3c non-profit organization. The organization, supervised by a Board of Directors, came together for the sole purpose of preserving a once vital part of the history of Spruce Pine, NC.

The Board of Directors of The Carolina Theatre Preservation Association Inc. is made up of professional men and women who believe in the importance of the timeliness in preserving our heritage and the positive economic impact it will have on the Spruce Pine, NC area.

Each of these men and women provide valuable insight that comes from their various professions. Each Board Member is strong in their belief that by restoring The Carolina Theatre, a small part of famous history can become a promising future to be relived by one and all.
